With the Columbus Blue Jackets in town to face the LA Kings, it’s not that surprising that most of the talk over the last 24 hours has been about Jeff Carter and Jack Johnson. After all, they were the two central pieces in a trade last season that helped change things for both franchises. Columbus received a player that actually wanted to be there, while Los Angeles went on to win a Stanley Cup.
