Over the last few days we’ve posted some exclusive video from the Kings trip to Dodger Stadium and the big parade in downtown. Now, it’s time to return to the ice immediately following the Kings winning the Cup.
Here’s an interview with Mike Donnelly, former player turned college scout. Of course, he was a member of the Kings’ 1993 team that lost to Montreal in the Stanley Cup Final. Last week, he hoisted the trophy for the first time…

That’s awesome that Donnelly got to hoist the cup. I think I would have lost it if Thomas Sandstrom was in the house and raised it as well. In fact, they should get the ’93 back together again…for the season opener!!! To raise the banner and lift the cup one more time.
