Contest: First Goal – two games on May 2, 2012

This might be the shortest article ever on MayorsManor…

We’re hosting a special First Goal Contest throughout the post-season (original announcement here). One lucky reader is going to win their choice of a team signed LA Kings stick or jersey and it’s pretty simple to play. Each morning we’ll post the games scheduled for that particular day and you need to guess who will score the first goal in each game. To make things a little easier, you can even take a player from BOTH teams. For example, here’s what an entry would look like for the games scheduled today, Wednesday 5/02/2012:

NY Rangers (Boyle) at Washington (Semin)
Phoenix (Whitney) at Nashville (Suter)

The maximum number of correct entries today would be two though, as you’re trying to guess the first goal in the game – not for each team.
