Well, the Kings were able to avoid the desert trap on Wednesday. They’re now 7-1-2 over the last 10 games and have won three straight.
Friday brings one more road game before coach Todd McLellan and his team return home for a Saturday night tilt with the visiting New York Islanders.

First up, though, tonight’s game in Anaheim. With their earlier victory this week, the Kings have now pushed their road points steak to nine games (7-0-2).
We don’t anticipate any lineup changes from what McLellan has been using of late, other than sliding Jonathan Quick back into the net. He will be going for his 350th NHL victory.
