And that’s exactly what the Kings did in New York on Monday. Leading 2-1 in the third period, the Rangers found a way to tie things up and push play beyond the 60-minute mark. Despite rookie Quinton Byfield scoring in the shootout, it just wasn’t enough for LA to pull out a victory.
