The Kings waited 45 years to win their first Stanley Cup, so waiting a few extra months to visit the White House wasn’t a problem. With the NHL lockout in their rear-view mirror, the team and President Obama were finally able to sync up their schedules and find a day that worked for both parties. All players from the Cup winning team were given a private 30 minute session with the President.
