After scoring the game winning goal (in the video above) for the Kings on Monday night, Dustin Brown had the following to share…
– On breaking the scoring slump: “We broke out tonight. We got contributions from every line. Again, what I talked about before the game…Is when we’re on our game, we have all four lines going. All four lines contributing at both ends of the ice.”
– On if he felt the momentum change in the second period: “Yeah, Nolli did a heck of a job with Bollig. We found a short-handed goal, which is always a big momentum change. The last minute was probably…You give one up and you get one back. So coming into the third even against this team. That’s probably where you want to be at after two.”
– On the favorable bounce on his game winner: “Yeah, it was going wide, hit their D, came right back to me, but I’ll take it.”
