Interview: Like Jimmie Fox, Jim Fox was a baseball player?

It’s always great to catch up with Jim Fox and last night was no exception. He was one of the first guests we ever had on MayorsManor many years ago and he’s been back dozens of time since, even serving as our unofficial correspondent when the Kings are on the road. We’ve featured him in text articles, on the podcast, plus several exclusive videos – and the one thing we could always count on was every hair on his head being in perfect place.

Last night, just before Fox took to the mound to throw out the first pitch at Dodger Stadium, we spent a few minutes together. He shared some baseball stories with us and gave his opinion on the the NHL labor negotiations. Then, he spilled the beans – or should we say the grapes – about a project he’s been working on for quite some time…

Look for more information on Fox’s wine adventures in an upcoming article on MayorsManor.

In the meantime, to read about last year’s wine event – and his efforts to raise mental health awareness – click here.   You can also purchase tickets and get more information on this year’s Sunset Sip at this link.

Finally, if you’ve never seen our video of the night the Stanley Cup came to Dodger Stadium, you owe it to yourself to check it out right now. Matt Greene stole the show, as usual.
