With the LA Kings wearing their Reverse Retro jerseys in Downtown LA on Saturday night, Trevor Moore and Pheonix Copley repeated a little dash of (recent) history themselves.
It was another shootout win for coach Todd McLellan’s club, with the aforementioned duo providing a few highlights against the San Jose Sharks. Phil Danault opened the scoring for LA, then Jaret Anderson-Dolan later added a second one — helping to leave things tied at 2-2 after 60 minutes. Copley did his part in overtime and the shootout; allowing Moore to provide the game-winning goal in the team’s second straight outing.
Below are select highlights from Saturday night’s game:
Additional Post-Game Notes:
LA Kings 2-0 in these #ReverseRetro jerseys.
Next game with the 2.0 sweaters will be a double RR game in Arizona on 12/23.
