After spending all week working to integrate Kings prospects Alex Turcotte, Quinton Byfield, Martin Chromiak, and Brandt Clarke into their lineup, the end results for Ontario were the same. Saturday brought their fifth straight loss. It was also the third straight game where the Reign offense produced just one goal.
Akil Thomas just headed to the locker room. Ugh.

Akil Thomas left the game late after being tangled up in a post-whistle scrum around the net. His availability for Sunday’s rematch remains in question.
Coach Marco Sturm and his squad will get an immediate opportunity for revenge on Sunday. Coming off a 3-1 loss in Henderson, the two teams will now play their second-half of a home-and-home set Sunday afternoon in Ontario.

Additional Game Notes
Ontario put up 34 shots on goal against a goalie who is now 3-6 on the year.
Ontario Reign will wear their home whites in Henderson today because Silver Knights are wearing a dark military-themed jersey.
Sounds like Villalta will start.
