In what was arguably their most complete 60-minute performance thus far this season, coach Todd McLellan’s Kings team defeated the visiting Tampa Bay Lighting on Tuesday night. While it was important for many to stop the insanity that occurred over the past few road games, perhaps equally impressive is the fact LA hadn’t defeated Tampa Bay in ten straight games previously.
Gabe Vilardi was the first star of the game for good reason; helping lead the team to victory and an evening of their season record to 4-4-0.
