October 10, 2022 By Nick Lopez

Welcome back Kings fans to another season of Mayors Manor prospect coverage. It’s time to begin our lap around the globe and check in on prospects playing in the CHL, the USHL, the NCAA, the various different European leagues, and the ECHL. The following reports are from games played through end of day Sunday, October 9th.

JUNIOR HOCKEY

CHL-OHL

Kaleb Lawrence, Owen Sound Attack, Right Wing (215th overall in 2022)

2022-2023 Stats: 1 goals, 2 assists, plus-1, 0 PIM in 3 games played

Lawrence and the Attack had a rough week, dropping both of their games by a combined score of 8-1. Lawrence was a minus-2 in a 4-1 loss to the Hamilton Bulldogs and did not play in the 4-0 loss to the Mississauga Steelheads,

Francesco Pinelli, Kitchener Rangers, Center (42nd overall in 2021)

2022-2023 Stats: 3 goals, 2 assists, minus-1, 7 PIM in 3 games played

The Rangers dropped two games this week, 5-3 to Ottawa and 5-2 to Kingston. Pinelli would be a bright spot in the loss against Ottawa, scoring twice. His first would come from a laser beam he sent into the top-right corner of the net while falling and he would cash in as the late man with a tap-in for his second goal.

That's the way we wanted to start the second period! #OHLRangers record two goals in 22 seconds to tie it 2-2.#RTown | #60YearsofRangers pic.twitter.com/5YwoulOEEY
