Wednesday marked the midway point of this summer’s LA Kings Dev Camp. It also featured the third of four scrimmages. Tomorrow’s schedule only includes practice sessions in the morning, followed by the annual field trip to the beach in the afternoon. Everything will then wrap up with the final scrimmage at 9am Friday.

The roughly March – August window of military service meant he could only miss time for Kings Dev Camp or to play for Finland at next month's #WorldJuniors tourney in Edmonton.
All parties agreed, WJC was the best option. Can't miss it.

If you listen to @kingsofthepod, you've heard the story by now:
Kings wanted to take @samuelfagemo in RD7 at the 2018 Draft. One problem – they didn't have a pick that round. Fast fwd to 2019, they took him in the second round.
And now he's knocking on NHL door.#LAKDevCamp pic.twitter.com/aGk9JO0DkX

Sounds like there is a lot of optimism surrounding the possibility of Aatu Jamsen coming back over for Rookie Camp (and the NHL Rookie Faceoff tourney) in September. Details should be finalized soon with his Liiga team to allow it to happen. #LAKDevCamp pic.twitter.com/IRgWTppYGS
