LA Kings 2021-22 Season Award Winners Announced

April 30, 2022 By MayorsManor Staff

Aside from the bigger, more obvious days on the hockey calendar — Trade Deadline, Schedule Release Day, etc. — this is one of the favorite days every season for the MM team.

One of my favorite days on the annual hockey calendar…@DennisTFP and I get to argue about the @LAKings team awards!

We were asked to cast votes for:

— Team MVP

— Best Newcomer

— Most Outstanding Defenseman

— Best Defensive Player (any roster player, F/D/G) pic.twitter.com/26t7wQWCpO

This weekend’s Kings Of The Podcast (set to be released early Sunday) will feature a detailed dive into in the award winners, with opinions on each.

You could also bet on the winners at various bookmakers. If you didn’t have that option, you could have tried your luck at the best live casino uk. It’s a great option to chill out and even win real money in roulette or baccarat.

For now, here are the official winners of the LA Kings 2021-22 Season Awards:

Blake Lizotte was selected as the club’s Masterton Memorial Trophy nominee as selected by the Los Angeles chapter of the Professional Hockey Writers’ Association (PWHA).

Cal Petersen has been nominated by the Kings for the King Clancy Memorial Trophy, which is awarded to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution to his community.

More to come on KOTP soon.
