It’s time to take a lap around the globe and check in on the LA Kings prospects playing in various leagues. The following reports are for games played through end of day Sunday, March 27th.
ONTARIO REIGN (AHL)
Due to the Ontario Reign featuring a large volume of LA Kings prospects this season, each tracker will feature a select number of them on a rotating basis – largely culled from key performances for the prior week.
The Reign had a 5-1 loss to the Gulls sandwiched between a 6-2 win and a 4-3 OT win over the Grand Rapids Griffins.
Jaret Anderson-Dolan, Center (41st overall in 2017)
2021-2022 Stats: 22 goals, 17 assists, plus-6, 51 PIM in 44 games played
JAD was able to hammer in a one-timer of a feed from Tkachev for the fifth Reign goal in the first game against the Griffins. He would be noticeable again in the rematch, however it was because of a late hit and a fight.

Aien Dudas, Center (113th overall in 2018)
2021-2022 Stats: 9 goals, 12 assists, plus-8, 14 PIM in 49 games played
Dudas’ has already been seeing success since his return from injury, starting with a snipe past the Griffin netminder after he picked off a breakout pass in the slot. In the rematch game against them, he added two assists.

Samuel Fagemo, Left/Right Wing (50th overall in 2019)
2021-2022 Stats: 21 goals, 14 assists, plus-19, 34 PIM in 51 games played
Fagemo continues to steadily manufacture offense, scoring off a one-timer on a four-on-three powerplay to open up scoring in the rematch against the Griffins.

Thomas finally broke through for his first of the season, knocking in a rebound while providing net-front presence on a five-on-three powerplay, which would be the only Reign goal against the Gulls.

Taylor Ward, Right Wing (FA signing in 2022)

Ward exploded into his AHL career with a three-assist game against the Griffins. In the rematch, he would have the primary assist on the game-winning overtime goal.

Kim Nousiainen, LIIGA-KalPa, LH Defenseman (119th overall in 2019)
2021-2022 Stats
AHL-Ontario: 0 games played
LIIGA-KalPa: 4 goals, 10 assists, minus-3, 22 PIM in 35 games played
Nousiainen also picked up a point with an assist over Helenius’ JYP in what could also be his last game in LIIGA, as he is also reported to be headed to the Reign.
Reinforcements for AHL Ontario continue to arrive. As mentioned previously, Samuel Helenius will be in SoCal this week to join the Reign.
He's bringing a friend too…
Look for defenseman Kim Nousiainen to join him.

Clarke returned from his suspension in a 2-1 win over the Ottawa 67’s, where he registered 1 SOG.
Martin Chromiak, Kingston Frontenacs, Left Wing (128th overall in 2020)
2021-2022 Stats: 34 goals, 38 assists, plus-14, 8 PIM in 51 games played
Chromiak did what he seems to do every week, which is putting up a bunch of points. He scored a power-play goal earlier in the week before scoring a hat-trick with a short-handed goal and two even-strength goals. He would also put up two assists.

The River Hawks fell 3-2 to Denver Univ. on their way to the Frozen Four. Lee finished his junior season as the River Hawks goal scoring leader and was tied for the team lead in points.
Brock Faber, Univ. of Minnesota, RH Defenseman (45th overall in 2020)
2021-2022 Stats: 2 goals, 12 assists, plus-10, 12 PIM in 31 games played
Faber and the Gophers had a close game against the Minutemen in the first game of regionals, winning 4-3 in OT. They met Western Michigan in the second stage, where Faber shone in the 3-0 win, adding a primary assist on the game-winning goal and providing sound defense. They advance to the Frozen Four where the state of Minnesota will go to battle with one another as the Gophers meet the Minnesota St. Mavericks on April 7th.

Meehan led all River Hawks defensemen in goal-scoring with five and scored their only overtime goal of the season.
David Hrenak, St. Cloud State, Goalie (144th overall in 2018)
2021-2022 Stats: 2.25 GAA, .914 SV% in 31 games played
Hrenak had an unfortunate end to his collegiate career as he was once again sat out due to illness as the Huskies were eliminated by Quinnipiac Univ. He was signed to an ELC by the Kings.
