LA Kings Projected Lineup vs. Coyotes; First of Two Straight Games in AZ

February 19, 2022 By MayorsManor Staff

Coming off a huge win in Vegas on Friday night, the Kings are right back at it again tonight. And while this likely won’t feel like last season’s glut of two-game series, Saturday night will mark the first of two straight games in Arizona vs. the Coyotes.

Coach Todd McLellan has had his team more than ready for some of the elite teams around the NHL this season. If LA is serious about making it into the playoffs this season, they also need to beat the teams below them in the standings — which is where the Coyotes sit at the moment. In their only match up thus far this season, Arizona skated to a 2-1 OT victory in LA last November.

Of course, one of the big topics surrounding the Kings and Coyotes right now is a possible trade for defenseman Jacob Chychrun.

What Would Jakob Chychrun Cost the Kings, and Should They Do It?
