It was a night to celebrate on Long Island as the Los Angeles Kings found their celebrations come all throughout the game. Drew Doughty, the most decorated defenseman in Kings history, stepped on to the ice for his 1,000th NHL game. The future of the Kings in Quinton Byfield scored his first NHL goal with a blistering shot in the first period. Then the most important celebration was after the Kings secured a 3-2 win over the Islanders.
