The Ontario Reign are returning to action coming out of the holiday break with a game in Bakersfield on Wednesday night. After a series of roster shuffling earlier in the day, the lineup is starting to come together — although it doesn’t appear they will be using the traditional format of 12 forwards and six defensemen.
Reign are on the ice at TSPC for their morning skate — including newly signed (PTO) Nick Pastujov, former Michigan forward… and the returning 6-foot-7 Nikita Pavlychev.
There should be a few more additions too. Bus leaves around 2pm for Bako. As of now, tonight's game is on.

And for those who missed it a few weeks ago:
Ontario Reign are adding another defenseman on a PTO.
Michael Prapavessis is a 6-foot-2, left shot defender. Originally drafted by Dallas out of college. He's split time in AHL/ECHL — including playing for Smurf with the Jacksonville Icemen.
