Projected Lineup: LA Kings vs. Montreal Canadiens in Game 13

November 9, 2021 By MayorsManor Staff

The Kings head into Montreal riding their five game winning streak looking to make it six in Phillip Danault’s return to the Bell Centre.  Danault was the star of last night’s game in Toronto scoring two goals, one assist, and winning 67% of his face offs.  Cal Petersen is expected to start tonight taking over for Jonathan Quick, who started last night in Toronto. The Kings won the opening matchup with the Canadiens in LA on October 30, and this will be the final time the two teams will meet up during the 2021-22 regular season.

Leafs HAD won five straight.

Kings HAVE won five straight.

LA's three stars of the game, as voted by @MayorsManor staff:

⭐⭐⭐ Moore
⭐⭐ Quick
⭐ Danault

STATS CHECK

Iafallo came into the season talking about wanting to provide more offense…

He has a six-game point streak at the moment, with nine points (4G, 5A) in that span.

The chemistry he's developed with Danault is something special.
