Projected Lineup: LA Kings Rematch With St. Louis Blues in Game 6

After a disappointing Saturday night the Kings look to regroup and end their road trip on a high and beat St. Louis in the second game of their back-to-back.

Austin Strand will draw into the lineup tonight replacing Olli Maatta on the third pair.

Allowing seven goals in a single game is usually a good start to putting your lines in a blender, it looks like Todd McLellan will do just that.  

At forward, Vladimir Tkachev will jump back into the lineup after being a healthy scratch on Saturday night as he will replace Blake Lizotte who will come out of the lineup.   Adrian Kempe will be dropped down to the fourth line along with Gabe Vilardi and Carl Grundstrom.  Hopefully placing these three together will get their motors running and on the scoresheet.  Arthur Kaliyev will find himself on the second line with a chance to cement his spot on a top six line.

Another game without Drew Doughty will bring more change to the lineup.  As mentioned above Austin Strand will come in for Olli Maatta.

Arvidsson – Kopitar – Brown
Iafallo – Danault – Kaliyev
Moore – Kupari – Tkachev
Grundstrom – Vilardi – Kempe

Anze Kopitar – needs 61 points to pass Dave Taylor for third on the Kings all-time scoring list

On the St. Louis Blues side of things…

Brandon Saad will miss another game, but Pavel Buchnevich will be back after serving his two game suspension.

Puck drop is scheduled for 5:00 pm PST tonight and the game will be televised on Bally Sports Network.
