GAME NOTES

— This appears to be a game with two 20-minute periods.

— They called for a whistle at the 5 minute mark and took a brief timeout for both sides. This could be to limit shift time or for additional coaching.

— Ingham made three solid saves in the opening five minutes. Thus far, the black team has had the puck the majority of time and pushing the pace of play.

— Fagemo scores the first goal, short side glove, half slapshot.

— Clarke was paired with Blake on defense. Now he’s with Doyle.

— Chromiak is on a line with Fagemo.

— Andre Lee is with Pinelli and Kupari.

— Lee just showed what size and strength will do for you. He took the puck in deep, held off a player with one arm as he skated behind the goal, circled out in front, on the right side of Ingham, everybody thought he would pass it off, instead he turned and shot the puck.

— At the 10 minute mark they stopped the clock again, like they did at the 5 minute mark.

— Goalies have switched sides. Parik is now defending for Team White.

— Dylan Robinson snuck in behind the defense and skated in for a breakaway. Save by Ingham.

— Physicality is now picking up. Robinson is trying to hit anything moving. He’s knocked over two players during this shift.

— At the 15 minute mark, the clock was stopped again… right as Fagemo had the puck on his stick and could have been building to a scoring chance in the slot.

— That Kehrer kid is pretty fast. Hadn’t noticed him much in the drills. Showing off his wheels today.

— Funny series of events. Blake stops a goal, then a few seconds later, Emerson was in the slot and had a great chance for a goal. Also denied.

— Chromiak goal, set up by Doyle. Team White now up 2-0 as the first period is winding down.

— Second period underway… Lethemon in goal now for Team White. Ingham staying in at the other end.

— Kupari has crashed the net several times today. He hasn’t scored yet, but Wrobo must be proud.

— Pinelli scores from a shot that originated out near the blueline.

— Clarke tried to make a play at the redline and Madden wouldn’t have any part of it. Common theme at these Dev Camp scrimmages: a young player tries to do something and the guy with a year of pro under his belt shows why he’s a step ahead.

— And there’s the goal, finally. Kupari scores on a cross-crease pass, almost a tap in. Came from Pinelli. Game is tied.

— Fagemo again. That release is going get you a few. Team White now up 3-2 with just over three minutes gone in the second frame.

— Lee with a beauty of a pass to Sodergran in the slot. Unfortunately, he immediately had his legs taken out. Penalty shot coming. No goal, went high.

— Tyler Madden, just hanging around the side of the net, he grabs the puck and put it in. Tied 3-3 with just over five minutes remaining. He beat Parik for the goal.

— Right off the draw, Team White scores to retake the lead. Believe it was scored by Panwar. They retake the lead 4-3.

— WOW. Panmar with one of the prettiest goalies of the day. He came in on a 3-on-1, but, he never gave up the puck. Drove in and shot in.

— Seconds later, Sodergran scores, cutting the lead to 5-4 Team White. Just over three minutes remaining.

— In the final minute of play, Team Black was pressuring and had a few good looks… but, Chromiak scored with the goalie pulled to ice it 6-4.

— Our three stars of the game: 1. Fagemo, 2. Chromiak, 3. Panwar

— Other who shined, included: Madden, Spence, Parik, Dudas, and Doyle

Meehan — I had a blast here, all the guys were great. I knew Lee and Doyle from before, so that helped. It was a lot of fun for my first time here. A lot of guys were in the same boat as me, first timers.

Meehan when asked about something he's taking away from the week — Greener and OD were amazing. We focused a lot on positioning, I'll be looking to use their advice when I get to Lowell.

When asked Kupari about his game today says he has been actively thinking about "being more direct" and using his speed (Taking the advice of Wrobo?).

He also noted he's open to playing as a wing too, even though he's played center most of his career -"If that's the spot for me"
