It’s early February, and the AHL season is finally ready to kick off. That’s just the way life is these days.
Following a 3-1-1 preseason campaign, coach John Wroblewski is officially set to make his debut behind the Reign bench tonight, when Ontario opens their 2021 schedule vs. the Henderson Silver Knights. The game will also mark the first AHL action for Sin City’s second pro hockey team, who were created as an AHL affiliate for the Vegas Golden Knights.
On Friday, Wroblewski joined Kings Of The Podcast for a 30 minute discussion about nearly every player on his roster, as well as thoughts on how he likes to construct lines, the goaltending situation and much more. Check it out below, if you haven’t already given it a listen.
Tonight’s game can be viewed for free through AHL TV.
