On November 2, 1977, the @LAKings acquired Syl Apps and Hartland Monahan from the Pittsburgh Penguins for Gene Carr, Dave Schultz, and a fourth round draft pick. Monahan scored 19 points in 64 games and Apps scored 103 points in 201 games with the #LAKings.#GoKingsGo pic.twitter.com/sXt3ZAzuih

On November 2, 2005, Lubomir Visnovsky scored his first career hat trick in a 6-3 win against the Stars. Visnovsky became the fifth defenseman in @LAKings' history to score a hat trick and would lead the team in scoring in 2005-06 with 67 points in 80 games.#LAKings #GoKingsGo pic.twitter.com/0osGPZwWcd
