  1. Big Mouth Barry says:

Brodz scratched? Only reason would be he rejected an extension so why play a guy who is gonna walk anyway?

Who is to blame for Villardi? Blake? Futa? Yanetti?

    Is Carter gone?

Why is Leipsic on the pp? He will never ever play on any teams power play ever again

Who is running the defense which has gone from best to worst?

McLellan? He couldn’t do anything with that amazing San Jose team – he was a disaster in Edmonton – please, no!

I still would rather have Phaneuf than Gaborik

If Kopitar has another down year, do you deal him?

    Love ya Johnny

  2. Asked awhile back, but we’re nearing the end of the year. Thoughts on Philippe Maillet future with the Kings/Reign…I know he wants a nhl deal…if the Kings don’t do it would any other Nhl team consider? Does he like southern CA enough to stay in AHL only?

    • John Hoven says:

Good AHL player; fun to watch and always involved in the action. I don’t see the Kings offering him an NHL contract though. At his age and production level, I’d be surprised if another NHL team scooped him up. It’s possible, just not likely IMO.

      • New to following hockey, Would he get paid any better on another AHL team or are AHL contracts similar dpending on years of service so to speak…. Whats your odd on him being with the Reign next year.. I wont hold you to it LOL TY
