Below are brief updates on all LA Kings non-AHL prospects, meaning guys playing in the NCAA or Canadian junior league (WHL, OHL, and QMJHL) playoffs:

JARET ANDERSON-DOLAN: Forward, Spokane Chiefs (2nd round pick in 2017, WHL)

Regular season: 40 goals, 51 assists, plus-9, 27 PIM in 70 games played
Playoffs: 2 goals, 5 assists, plus-2, 4 PIM in 5 games played

MM Scouting Report on Anderson-Dolan

The Chiefs started the WHL Western Conference Quarterfinals against the Portland Winterhawks last week. The Winterhawks are currently leading the series 3-2, with Game 6 tonight. In the first five games of the series, Anderson-Dolan scored two goals and had five assists.

MM Scouting Report on Anderson

Anderson and UMD have advanced to the NCAA Frozen Four, and will play Ohio State on April 5.

KALE CLAGUE: Defenseman, Moose Jaw Warriors (2nd round pick in 2016, WHL)

Regular season: 1 goal, 23 assists, plus-11, 8 PIM in 26 games played (Moose Jaw Warriors)
10 goals, 37 assists, plus-31, 35 PIM in 28 games played (Brandon Wheat Kings)
Playoffs: 1 goal, 3 assists, minus-4, 4 PIM in 6 games played

MM Scouting Report on Clague

Clague’s Moose Jaw Warriors are currently tied 3-3 in their best-of-seven playoff series vs. Prince Albert Raiders. Game 7 is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3.

Friend and the Owen Sound Attack swept the London Knights this past week in the OHL Western Conference Quarterfinals. In the series, Friend had two assists. He will face off against fellow LA Kings prospect, Matthew Villalta and the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the next round.

The Portland Winterhawks continued the WHL Western Conference Quarterfinals against the Spokane Chiefs last week. Kehler secured three wins and had two OTL. The Winterhawks currently lead the series 3-2.

MM Scouting Report on Moverare

The Barrie Colts eliminated the Mississauga Steelheads from the OHL playoffs last week, losing the series 4-2.

Moverare has not played since January, when he had knee surgery after being injured at World Juniors.

Phillips and Owen Sound Attack swept the London Knights this past week in the OHL Western Conference Quarterfinals. In the series, Phillips had two assists and two PIM. He will face off against fellow LA Kings prospect, Matthew Villalta and the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the next round.

Reddekopp and the Royals continued the WHL Western Conference Quarterfinals versus the Vancouver Giants last week, and are currently down in the series, 3-2, with Game 6 being tonight. So far in the series, Reddekopp has had one assist.

Rymsha and the Sarnia Sting won their series 4-2 in the OHL Western Conference Quarterfinals versus the Windsor Spitfires this past week. In the series, Rymsha had two goals and three assists.

Strand and the Thunderbirds were eliminated in the WHL Western Conference Semifinals this past week, losing the series 4-1 to the Everett Silvertips. In the series, Strand had one goal and two assists.

MM Scouting Report on Vilardi

The Kingston Frontenacs beat the North Bay Battalion in the OHL Eastern Conference Quarterfinals last week, taking the series 4-1. Vilardi had a fantastic first round, scoring five goals and assisting in seven.

Villalta and the Greyhounds took their OHL Western Conference Quarterfinals series versus the Flint Firebirds in five games. Villalta played in four of the games, winning all and emerging with a 2.00 GAA.
