– You do Shore for NT, no prob. Former had chance in LA, didn't work out. No longer room for him in bottom 6.
– LA swapped bad contracts, but took on more cap hit (not a good thing, no matter how small)

Kings trade…
– As noted last nt, Thompson solid on PK and faceoffs, gives LA options to use as LW/C
– Under the radar concern on Phaneuf? His NMC runs length of contract. If Seattle expansion draft is 2020, Kings have to protect him (unless he waives it, wouldn't for VGK)
