AUDIO: Guest spot on NHL Network Radio – talking Clifford, Kings plans

Over the weekend I joined host Nick Alberga for another guest spot on NHL Network Radio (XM 92 / Sirius 207). Because not everybody has satellite radio, we thought it best to share the audio here.

In the segment we discussed MayorsManor breaking the news of Kyle Clifford’s new two-year contract with the Kings, Willie Mitchell’s health, the latest plans for Tyler Toffoli, how the loss of Dustin Penner could impact the locker room, Trevor Lewis vs. Brad Richardson, the importance of Slava Voynov on defense, what Dan Carcillo brings to LA, which two players are most likely to be cut or traded during training camp (the Kings currently have too many NHL roster players, just in case you haven’t heard), how coach Darryl Sutter might use Matt Frattin and much more. Give it a listen..

Even though it’s the NHL off-season our coverage never ends here on MayorsManor. Just last week we had an exclusive interview with Clifford and the long-awaited MM radio show with Liz Habib of FOX TV – where she tries to explain how the infamous Brad Doty situation ever came to life in the first place. You can also get the most in-depth breakdown of the Kings salary cap troubles and how they might make it all work for next season.  Check out the links below and read up!
