On being comfortable with Brad Richardson stepping in:
“Yeah, played with Richie a lot so I kind of know how he is. Gonna miss Stolly out there, but Richie’s kind of a prick to play against. Great on the forecheck, has a lot of speed, and makes plays. So we just gotta stick to what we were doing.”
On if Jarret Stoll being out will affect the team in the face-off circle:
“Yeah, definitely. I mean he takes a lot of big draws for us. So it’s a chance for a lot of guys to step up and really bear down. It’s not just one guy winning the face-off, it’s the wingers too. So as wingers we gotta help out tonight.”
On how a player finds a higher gear in the playoffs:
“I mean it’s what you live to play for here, is the playoffs. Playoffs is a lot about people who don’t really score, maybe scoring a big goal or something. So you just really bear down, and go after it.”
On who’s going to score first tonight:
“Colin Fraser.”
