MayorsManor First Goal Contest: Game 25 – Kings at Coyotes

We’re entering the second half of the Kings’ season with tonight’s game in Phoenix. So, most of you probably know the drill by now. Essentially, guess who scores the first Kings goal and you could win a prize.

Jeff Carter continues to lead the team in goals, despite not scoring in last night’s game – after potting 13 goals in his previous 13 games. Is he cooling off or was it just an aberration?

Dustin Brown picked up two goals on Monday vs. Calgary, maybe he’s heating up. You decide.

Anze Kopitar is usually a pretty safe bet.

And the last time the Kings were in Phoenix rookie Jake Muzzin collected his first goal of the season. Drew Doughty wishes he could say the same thing, right?

Regardless of who you think might score first tonight, you have to enter to even have a shot at winning the prize.

The Kings didn’t have a morning skate and Sutter hasn’t said anything publicly about putting Jonathan Quick or Jonathan Bernier in net tonight. The last comments we have from on the subject are here.
