Sutter talks Kassian pre-game, he scores first goal

In-game update – at 13:08 of the first period, Zack Kassian scored his fourth goal of the season. Earlier today, Darryl Sutter had this to say about the Canucks forward…

“I like guys that play like that,” said the Kings coach. “Big strong guys and they’re trying to make a difference. You know their whole identities will spin into the team eventually right? Every good team has got them. It’s like watching San Jose last night; those guys are off to a great offensive start and if you think back, every good team has them. It’s how they respond to it and it’s how they accept it and it usually becomes a big part of their identity.”
