Willie Mitchell on memories of being a Devil
Willie Mitchell was an eighth round pick of the New Jersey Devils in 1996 (a round that doesn’t even exist anymore!). He played two seasons with their minor league affiliate, the Albany River Rats, and spent some time up with the big club over parts of two seasons – before being traded to the Minnesota Wild in March 2001 for Sean O’Donnell.
