Although there’s been three days off since game four, don’t look for many roster changes in tonight’s game. For the Kings, Brad Richardson will remain on the fourth line in place of Kyle Clifford. Coach Darryl Sutter only said that he hadn’t suffered a setback when asked why Clifford didn’t skate before or after yesterday’s practice in LA. Rookie Andrei Loktionov also remains on the sidelines for the time being.
Vancouver will go back to Cory Schneider in net, his third straight start – and he only gave up one goal in each of the previous two. Of course, Daniel Sedin is expected to play as well.

As usual, MayorsManor will host a First Goal Contest tonight and just like we’ve done for the first four games of the series, we’ll be giving away a Dustin Brown autographed puck. If you’d like to enter, simply leave a comment below with the LA player you think will score first vs. the Canucks. All correct answers will be pooled together and one random winner will be selected.
REMINDER – this contest is separate from the other First Goal Contest, where you can win a team signed stick or jersey. Check out the details of that contest here.
Also, be sure to join us after the game for the MayorsManor LIVE post-game show. We’ll recap all the storylines that unfold, Jim Fox will call in from Vancouver to give us his take on things and we’ll look ahead to what’s next for the Kings. Will it be a second round match-up or a game six in LA? We’ll cover it all, click here to listen.
