POLL: Who was LA Kings Player of the Week? (March 19, 2012)

Earlier today, I was on the All the Kings Men podcast, for my usual ‘Mayor’s Mondays’ spot. We talked about the week that was for the LA Kings – including three wins over Detroit, Anaheim and Nashville. We also looked at Jonathan Quick reaching the 30 win plateau for the third straight season and if that’s a credible stat when compared to teams of previous generations. And, of course, we nominated players for ‘King of the Week.’ After some brief discussion, we landed on the following candidates as the three most worthy…

Drew Doughty: one goal, fours assists, plus-5, nine shots on goal
Dwight King: one goal, one assist, plus-1, nine shots on goal
Anze Kopitar: three goals, one assist, plus-5, 14 shots on goal

You can listen to the full podcast using the audio player below and then vote.

The poll closes Wednesday at 8pm PST.
