Dubinsky fined, not suspended, for hit on Scuderi

Following a supplementary discipline hearing this morning, the NHL has announced that Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky has been fined $10,000 - the maximum allowed under the new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
