Following a supplementary discipline hearing this morning, the NHL has announced that Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky has been fined $10,000 - the maximum allowed under the new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The hearing took place by phone, where Dubinsky was given an opportunity to explain this hit on Kings defenseman Rob Scuderi:
