    Painful – just plain Painful

  2. Sutter is like Arnold up to T:2.

Sutter + Camera = must watch. always.

  3. I was thinking the same thing about stuff being thrown on the ice, thought it was delay of game after the first warning.

  4. Grasshopper says:

I want the hat that Quick is wearing…Does anybody know where I could find that?

As for my thoughts on the game:
I honestly can’t believe how many penalties were called, nor can I believe that the Kings didn’t score on a single powerplay. I also think that Yakapov needs to tone it down. It’s the 3rd game of the season against a non-divisional opponent. Really, with the celebration? Jeez man, c’mon. And it was not classy at all for the fans to throw stuff out on the ice. Respect for Oiler fans lost.

I know we can get our act together and start winning. Let’s defend that cup boys.

  5. Justin Breen says:

Close game, but I also expected a delay of game penalty at the end. Quick looked back to form and Clifford is still playing great. Clean up the minor penalties and we will be okay. By the way, as a Kings fan who is an Ontario Reign Season ticket holder , great to see Clifford doing well after his 10 games or so with the Reign

  6. jim ortlieb says:

I totally with Daryl- worst refereeing I’ve ever seen. What do the refs want – basketball on ice? Hey Bettman, the fans come to see the players and the game, not the referees making a farce out of a good sporting event. The referreing has been terrible for several years now, when is the NHL going to wake up and get some decent referees.??????? I’m getting sick & tired of watching this BS..Feel sorry for the players !!!!
