Photo Gallery: Reign def Bulls, plus goal of the year

Last Saturday night the Ontario Reign played their final home game before the Christmas break and fans in attendance were treated to a very special ending. Trailing late in the third period, the Reign came back to tie things up and force overtime. Still tied after 65 minutes of hockey, the game was then to be decided in a shootout. As you’ve probably heard by now, Colton Yellow Horn proceeded to put on one heck of a show – after first telling one of his teammates ‘Watch this move I’m about to do!’

He did it and the Reign won the game. Here’s an exclusive photo gallery of all the night’s action, followed by video of the Yellow Horn goal. No matter how many times you watch it, it never gets old…

Next up for the Reign are a pair of games in Utah starting tomorrow night. And if you haven’t read the article yet, they’re expected to have LA Kings forward Kyle Clifford back in the line-up…while the Grizzlies will be showing off a King of their own when Trevor Lewis makes his ECHL debut (story here).
