MayorsManor show – special live airing during Ontario Reign game

Devin Setoguchi Sharks MayorsManorPerhaps lost among the flurry of headlines over the last few days is the fact that former San Jose Sharks turned Minnesota Wild forward Devin Setoguchi has signed with the Ontario Reign for the remainder of the NHL lockout.

Although he posted ‘First game Friday’ on his twitter account, coach Jason Christie says that Setoguchi still needs to get his immigration paperwork approved. So, we’ll if he’s ready when the Reign kick off the first of a two-night stand in Las Vegas tomorrow night.

Regardless, MayorsManor will be hosting a live show during the game, where we’ll break down all the action from the ice – as well as talk about a myriad of prospects in the Kings organization.

Some of the topics we’ll cover include:

* Goaltender JF Berube and why he’s in Ontario instead of Manchester

* Matt Clune, the younger brother of Monarchs tough guy Rich Clune

* Colton Yellow Horn, the first year Reign forward who leads the team in points

* Manchester’s 5-1 start to the AHL season

* The line of Dwight King – Andrei Loktionov – Brandon Kozun

* Defenseman Nick Deslauriers, drafted by the Kings in 2009

* Andy Andreoff’s hot start to his rookie year in the AHL

* Will Thomas Hickey ever make it to the NHL?

* Nikolay Prokhorkin and his ongoing contract status, a KHL vs. NHL story

* Derek Forbort, Michael Mersch, Nick Shore and a handful of the Kings top college prospects

This special edition of the MayorsManor show will be broadcast on LetMeHearYa.com – simply click here to listen to the show live at 7pm PST on Friday.

Joining us for the discussion will be Scott Coffman, radio producer for The Fourth Period Live (a weekend program on NHL Radio).

Here’s a little hint for you too…we’ll be doing some special contests and giveaways during the show. So, be sure to tune in.
