Kings v Blues – round two playoff schedule and poll

Now that all round one games have been completed, the NHL has released the schedule for round two. As we first reported a few days ago, the Kings v Blues series will open on Saturday. Here’s the remaining info you’ve been waiting for…

  1. With the possible exception of Washington, every team left in the playoffs has an elite goalie that can steal any game. I hope Jon Quick gets inside Elliott’s head early in this series, but I Elliott is having a special season. GKG!

  2. Question for show, St Louis scored 6 PPG in their series against SJ. What does that say about how good their power play can be and how good the Kings penalty kill needs to be? How much more important does that make the special teams, and not taking bad penalties?
